This is my weekly report for vibe coding this week.
I mainly did two things this week:
First, I submitted everything related to Google AdSense.
Second, I rode the World Cup wave and made a small World Cup-related website, and started the first round of overseas promotion testing.
Let's talk about AdSense first.
Previously, to make the site look more like a "seriously operated content site," I added legal compliance pages, organized the content, and handled basics like Search Console, sitemap, and robots.txt.
This week, I finally submitted AdSense as well. Next, I'll wait for the final review result.
The second thing is that I temporarily rode the World Cup wave this week.
I made a small World Cup-related website.
Because the World Cup itself is a trending topic and overseas users are highly engaged, I started the first round of promotion on overseas channels this week.
Currently, I'm mainly testing promotion through my existing overseas social media accounts and Reddit.
I've been posting continuously and observing for the past few days. I plan to run it for a week to see if different channels can actually bring real traffic.
By the way, I organized the Reddit promotion method into a skill.
In the future, when I do new indie development projects, small tools, or small websites, I can directly reuse this process.
But this method is only the first version for now. The specific effects need to be optimized after this round of data comes out.
If anyone needs it, you can join my Xiaohongshu group chat and leave me a message.
Next week, I will continue to operate this World Cup website.
I'll focus on which channels actually bring visits.
Next week, I will also summarize the channels used and the actual results. Welcome back next week to see the results together.
